when booking accommodation with us.

only use this information for order processing and
communication purposes.
- Avalanche Chalet And Apartments will not
provide its
clients private information to any outside third party.
- Please contact us prior to booking if
you require any further clarification regarding any
of the above matters.
REFUNDS AND BOOKING POLICY
- Payment for weekend is due in full within 7 days of booking, and 50%for
midweek bookings (balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival).
- Receipt of your payment details by us, confirms your agreement to our refund policy - ie: cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date is 80% refundable, and under 30 days prior is non-refundable. Failure to pay by the due date may result in booking cancellation without prior consultation or deposit refund.
- Prices stated in Australian dollars
- Avalanche offers a "no snow guarantee" valid from the date the lifts begin to operate until the end of September - We will provide an accommodation refund if insufficient snow cover prevents Blue Bullet Lifts 1 & 2 and Wombat Quad Chair from running.
- Also, at least one of Summit, Howqua, Chamois or Koffler Lifts must be running.
